Who is Senée?
I’m a therapeutic transformation guide, podcaster, author and public speaker passionate about helping women create lives filled with purpose, confidence and joy.
Throughout the years, I’ve worked with women from all walks of life to help them overcome challenges, set boundaries and rediscover their worth. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with compassion, tailoring every session to meet your unique goals. I also work with men, but women are my primary client base.
In addition to my client work, I’m the author of five transformative self-help books including Becoming Unshakable, The Princess Guide to Loving Yourself First and The Royal Holiday Survival Guide. Through these works and my signature coaching programs, I’ve had the honor of guiding women to step into their power and take control of their lives.
Beyond coaching, I’ve spent more than two decades as a writer, editor and journalist honing the craft of storytelling. My journey has been anything but conventional, and each step has deepened my understanding of what it means to live a life of purpose and resilience.
At my core, I’m just like you — a woman balancing ambition with authenticity, always striving to grow, evolve and give back. Based in my hometown of Dallas, Texas, I share this life with my amazing husband and the incredible women I get to work with every day.
