Session Format & Delivery
All sessions are held virtually via a secure telehealth platform for your convenience and privacy. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a private session link along with any pre-session instructions or follow-up materials.
A Few Notes Before You Book:
- New Clients: Private coaching is by application only. If you haven’t yet completed the application, please do so here to apply before booking. Only accepted applicants may book a session. New clients must take this opportunity to read and sign the Coaching Agreement below before your first session so that you are fully aware of the agreement we are making with each other in the coaching relationship.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
- No Discovery Calls: I do not offer free consultations. My books, podcast and content are here to help you get to know me and decide if we’re the right fit.

Coaching Agreement
As you book your first session, please read the following agreement carefully. Your electronic signature signifies that you agree to the following terms. You only need to submit your signature once.

Therapeutic Transformation Coaching Agreement
The following represents the Agreement between Senée Seale Luchsinger/Becoming Publishing & Coaching LLC (known as “Senée”) and you (known as the “Client”). The Services agreed to shall be that of transformational therapeutic life coaching as set out below. Please read it carefully and raise any questions or concerns that you have before signing. This Agreement will begin upon acceptance by Senée and shall remain valid for the duration of the Client-Coaching relationship.
Services
The services provided by Senée are generally conducted via video call through a telehealth portal or by telephone call. Therapeutic transformation coaching is a partnership focused on developing the Client’s awareness, thinking and abilities in order to help the Client identify and achieve transformation goals. In session conversations, Senée will be direct and honest, and she will encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the therapeutic transformation coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that therapeutic transformation coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to Senée. Please note that therapeutic transformation coaching is not licensed mental or physical healthcare. Senée will not be making a diagnosis. Any dietary or supplement suggestions she makes are solely the responsibility of the Client to research before taking action, and Senée will not be held responsible for any effects.
Terms of Coaching
Therapeutic transformation coaching is a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change, it usually takes several months. Although not binding, Senée would ask that you expect the therapeutic transformation coaching relationship to last at least 3 months. The 5-day intensive sessions are the exception, but to ensure lasting change, a 3-month commitment is recommended.
Confidentiality
Senée fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with each Client. At no time will Senée voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship without written permission from the Client, unless required to do so by law.
Coaching Commitment
- Senée will honor the time together and hold the Client’s confidences.
- Senée will not judge the Client and will respect the Client’s perceptions of the world.
- It is not Senée’s job to change the Client. It is her privilege to bring into awareness clarity of choices, and if the Client chooses, actions to create changes.
- This is Senée’s personal commitment to the Client: To be impeccable with her word and keep her promises.
- Senée will present an open heart.
- Senée will always hold the Client in positive focus. She will concentrate on what is working in the Client’s life and how to create more that will work for the Client.
- Senée believes the Client has all the answers within. During this process, she will help the Client discover those answers and act on them, if the Client chooses to do so.
Fees
Coaching fees are paid in advance at the time of purchase of a session package. Payment for coaching sessions is to be made in the online store at BecomingPublishing.com processed by PayPal. Payment plans may be available at checkout through PayPal. Coaching services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, 24-hour notice is required. No-shows will forfeit the session.
A meeting link for video sessions will be emailed or texted to the Client once appointment is scheduled. It is the Client’s responsibility to use the link to join the session and to make sure in advance that all equipment is working properly. Senée will call the Client for phone sessions. At the scheduled appointment time, the Client and Senée agree to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a session, Senée will assume the session is cancelled, and the Client will forfeit the session. If the Client is running late, they are responsible for communicating that to Senée via text message or email and arrangements can be made to adjust the start time or reschedule.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Senée will make every effort to reschedule sessions that are cancelled in a timely manner. If the Client does not cancel in a timely manner on a regular basis, Senée will need to end the coaching relationship. Cancellation (less than 24 hours before) and/or no‐show appointments will forfeit the session with no refunds.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees due to Senée solely because of the termination of this Agreement. Coaching services are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Senée Seale Luchsinger/Becoming Publishing & Coaching LLC be liable to the Client for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire arrangement between the Client, and Senée, and Senée Seale Luchsinger/Becoming Publishing & Coaching LLC shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses arising out of decisions or actions the Client may make as a result of the services provided by Senée.
